Our newest addition, City Market Processing is a full service, State Inspected processing facility that accommodates beef, hog, lamb and goat. We offer custom exempt processing, as well as, a full suite of private label services to accommodate any of your ranch or business needs.

The Meat Market

Here you will find the freshest hand cut beef and pork in our fully stocked showcase. You will also find many of our delicious smoked products including sausages, homemade weiners, bacon, jerky and smoked tenderloin. We also make a variety of marinated products including beef and chicken fajitas, ribeyes and chicken breast.

The Pit Room

BBQ lunch served daily. On Saturdays get the pit room experience. Order directly off the pit and have it hand cut right in front of you. Brisket, Beef Ribs, Pork Ribs, Pork Steak, Chicken, Turkey Breast and Sausage. We are sure to have something for everyone.

The Sausage Plant

We produce over 20 different varieties of sausage in our State Inspected sausage plant for retail, wholesale and institutional use. City Market specializes in private label and co-packing services. We can help you develop a product tailored to your specific needs.
