We have the freshest meat counter in town! Hand cut daily, you will find Beef steaks including Ribeyes, Sirloins, NY strips and cutlets. We also have thin cut Pork Chops, seasoned Pork Chops and Hickory Smoked Bacon. Fresh ground chuck is also available. We also showcase all of our smoked sausages, dried sausages, jerkys and our famous Homemade Weiners. Looking for something special? We love helping you find the perfect cut for any occasion.

Grab-N-Go Freezer

Our grab and go freezer has a wide variety of marinated items such as ribeyes, fajitas and chicken breast. We also have all our smoked sausages vacuum sealed and ready to stock your freezer. You can also find unique items such as stuffed chickens, bacon wrapped pork tenderloins and our delicious Smoked Pork Tenderloin.

Bar-B-Que

We smoke briskets each night for 12-14 hours so stop by for lunch and get a brisket sandwich, sausage wrap or BBQ by the pound. Try our house made sides as well! Our pit room is open on Saturdays and the menu expands to Brisket, Beef ribs, Turkey breast, Chicken, Pork Steak, Pork Ribs, and Sausage.
