City Market provides high-quality meat and food products with a focus on freshness, honesty, and taking care of our customers. We believe you should know where your food comes from and trust the people you buy it from.

All of our bulk beef is raised by us right here in Fayette County and processing in our family run Processing Facility. Our herd of Angus and Red Angus cattle are the heart and sole of our beef operation and treated with the utmost care and respect. For beef and pork that we don't raise, we work with trusted producers and suppliers who meet our standards for quality and care. Our goal is simple: provide meat we’re proud to sell and feed our own families.

Yes, we do. Orders are packed in insulated boxes with ice packs or dry ice to keep everything cold and safe during shipping.

Orders are usually processed within 2 business days. Shipping time depends on your location and the carrier. We only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays and plan shipping carefully to protect product quality.

Shipping delays can happen from time to time due to weather or carrier issues. While we can’t control delays or offer refunds for them, we’re always happy to help track your order or answer questions.

Yes! We’re happy to offer pick up at our Schulenburg location.

• Orders must be picked up during the scheduled pickup window
• Bringing a cooler is always a good idea

Once your order is picked up, it’s considered complete.

Because we sell perishable food products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds on meat, tallow, or other perishables.

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. Include your order number and photos so we can take a look and make it right when appropriate.

Refrigerate or freeze your meat as soon as possible after delivery or pickup. Proper storage helps keep everything tasting its best.

We recommend being available to receive your order. Once a package is marked delivered, City Market is not responsible for packages left unattended.

We sure do! We sell whole, halves or quarters of our locally raised and processed beef and can help source pork, lamb and goat.
